Custom and personalized orders
We do accept these types of orders and will do our best to make them as you expect them to be. All orders will be started after a deposit has been made along with the details of the product; such as yarn color, size, quantity, and time frame have been determined. Even our offered products can be customized if you envision something else, just let us know!
Fabric Ordering Information
CONTINUOUS YARDAGE: You will be notified if there is not enough yardage for a continuous length. If approval is given for cutting between bolts I cannot guarantee the consistency of the coloring between bolts of fabric. If there is a noticeable change of color between the bolts you will be notified prior to completing the order.
HOW TO ORDER: The cut length option will allow you to select the yardage with the indicated price. You can order larger cuts by purchasing multiple lengths of the same measurement.
Example 1 - If you want to order 4 yards of the fabric select "Yard" for the length then select the quantity of "4".

When is the latest I can cancel an order?
We can cancel your order up to the time it is picked up by the shipping carrier. For USPS orders, their pick up time is around 11:00am PST.
What are your shipping costs?
All orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage.
- One item is a flat rate of $4.50.
- Each additional item is a flat rate of $2.00.
- Upgrade to USPS Priority Mail is available for an additional flat rate of $5.00.
- As always, purchases of $35 dollars or more are free shipping unless you want to upgrade.
If you need express or overnight shipping, please message the shop to receive an estimate prior to ordering.
Most order are shipped the next day, but due to unreliable USPS pick-up service it can be 2 days before they pick it up for processing.
Handmade Items Bring Character
We do sell items handmade by us. While we do try to create the items the same every time, flaws or a minuet change may occur then what is pictured on our site. We do consider reach item a work of creative art and these changes ensure the uniqueness of every item showing it is handmade. If there is a drastic change to the item, we will notify you prior to shipment and we do work to provide images of the most recent creation.
Prefer Written Communication
I prefer any type of written communication as I am hearing impaired. As such I try to reply as quickly as possible but sometimes I don't "hear" messages coming through, so I try to check my messages at least every 2 hours weekdays between 6:00am and 8:00p PST. I plan on learning American Sign Language soon to compensate for my hearing loss.
